Shipping Policy
At Electric Disco Machine, we currently ship orders within the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates
- All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Rates are based on your shipping address, along with the weight and dimensions of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom and handmade items may require additional processing time; please see individual product descriptions for details.
Delivery
- U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
- Canadian orders may take longer due to international transit and customs processing times.
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Canadian customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Return Policy
At Electric Disco Machine, every piece is handmade with care to keep up with your vibe on and off the dance floor. We want you to love your order, so please review our return guidelines below.
Eligible Returns
- Most apparel and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene & safety reasons)
For the health and comfort of our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- All bottoms (including shorts, pants, skirts, etc.)
- Hats & headwear
- Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (if applicable)
Additional Notes
- Custom orders and one-of-a-kind handmade pieces are final sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return?
Email liz@electricdiscomachine.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps. Please note: bodysuits, all bottoms, hats/headwear, and intimates/swim/earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
What is the return window?
Most eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Custom orders and one-of-a-kind handmade pieces are final sale. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, all bottoms, hats/headwear, and intimates/swim/earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my store credit or exchange?
Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days after arrival), we’ll issue store credit or ship your exchange. We’ll email you updates at each step.
I received a defective or incorrect item — what do I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
