Answers to our most asked questions about orders, shipping, sizing, and custom designs.

What sizes do you offer?

We design for all bodies. Many items include extended sizes, and we can accommodate custom measurements. Check the product’s size dropdown or visit our Extended Sizes collection.

How do I find my size?

Each product lists fit notes (fitted/relaxed/stretchy). For bodysuits and fitted pieces, measure bust/chest, waist, hips, and height. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll recommend a size.

How long does processing take?

Ready-to-ship items process in 3–5 business days. Handmade/custom items may require additional time (see product description). We’ll email tracking as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help. Custom orders may not be cancelable once production begins.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Rates shown at checkout are based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier site (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

What’s your return policy?

Most apparel/accessories can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange if unworn and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, all bottoms, and hats/headwear are not returnable. Custom/one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.

Do you take custom design requests?

Yes! Visit our Custom Orders page to email or text us with your event date, measurements, color palette, inspiration links, and budget. We’ll confirm timeline and quote.

How do I care for my EDM pieces?

Most items prefer a gentle, cold wash and line dry. Avoid high heat. Check the product description for any care specifics or fabric notes.

Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?

Gift cards are available (digital). Discount codes may be announced via our newsletter or socials. Only one promo code per order unless otherwise noted.
